What is PB Cash Care?
PB Cash Care is a yearly renewable hospital income plan that pays out daily cash benefit upon hospitalization due to illness* or accident** where the treatment or hospitalization is sought in Malaysia. For added assurance, the daily hospital cash benefit doubles upon admission into the ICU^.
*if you are hospitalized for at least 3 consecutive days, and the payment of daily cash commence from day 1.
**For hospitalization due to accident, the entitlement and payment of daily cash commence from day 1.

* The maximum entry age for this plan is fifty nine (59) years (nearest birthday) for the Insured Accountholder's Spouse and seventeen (17) years (nearest birthday) for the Insured Accountholder's Child. However, the insurance cover is renewable up to the Policy Anniversary nearest to the sixty fourth (64th) birthday of the Insured Accountholder's Spouse or the seventeenth (17th) birthday of the Insured Accountholder's Child or the sixty fourth (64th) birthday of the Insured Accountholder, whichever is earlier. The insurance cover of the Spouse and Child of Insured Accountholders are renewable provided that the insurance cover of the Insured Accountholder is still in force.
What doesn't PB Cash Care cover?
This policy does not cover any hospitalisation, surgery or charges, compassionate benefits caused directly or indirectly by any one of the following situations or occurrences:'
- Injury sustained prior to the Effective Date or Reinstatement Date, whichever is later;
- Pre-existing illness;
- The treatment of Specified Illnesses during the first one hundred and twenty (120) days from effective date of insurance;
- Due to any Illness occurring within thirty (30) days from effective date of insurance;
- Pregnancy and childbirth related treatment;
- Suicide; and
- Other standard exclusions

Facilities of paying Premium
Autodebit through Public Bank accounts
For premium payment via autodebit, there will not be any prior notice sent to the insured accountholders. No official receipt will be issued for payment via autodebit payment. The validated deposit slip or premium deduction shown in either your bank statement/ savings passbook is considered as proof of payment.
What if I change my mind about this coverage?
You can call ING Insurance Berhad at 1-800-181-464 to cancel your policy over the phone before certificate of insurance is issued. Alternatively, you may cancel your coverage at any time by written notice to ING Insurance Berhad.
