What is Phishing?
  Phishing is a process of a fraudster trying to obtain sensitive information such as user names, passwords and security codes from the user. It is a type of identity theft.
How do I know the mail / phone call that I received is a scam?
  Phishing scam usually threaten user with serious consequences if the user did not respond to it. For example, it can be worded in a way that if you do not log in, your account will be suspended.

Genuine email from the Bank will not provide a hyperlink for users to click on it to login.
Does phishing always require a fake website?
  No. Phishing can be made through phone calls or SMS as well.
What should I do next?
 

Protect yourself. Do not respond to it.
